Locum and Interim / Temporary
We recruit for a variety of locum fee-earning roles across all legal sectors. Traditionally locum fee-earners were contracted to ease the
pressure on smaller firms when lawyers went on holiday, maternity leave or temporarily undertook a time-consuming case; however in recent years
the value of locum lawyers to firms of all sizes has been recognised as a cost-efficient alternative to permanent recruitment. Our locum roles are
undertaken by experienced and talented individuals who can start working immediately.
On the non-fee earning side, we regularly recruit for temporary & interim practice managers, temporary legal secretaries,
administrators, costs draftsmen and legal cashiers. These assignments can range in length from one or two-day stop-gaps to contracts of 6 months or more,
as well as 'rolling' positions which are renewed as required.
